By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the cx666 Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, such as the cx666 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

cx666 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following authorised payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and USDT cryptocurrency. cx666 does not accept cash deposits or payments through any channel not explicitly listed as an authorised payment method on the Platform.
The minimum deposit amount on cx666 is PKR 500 per transaction. cx666 does not charge deposit transaction fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees or charges for which cx666 accepts no responsibility. All deposit transactions are processed in real time or as quickly as the relevant payment infrastructure permits.
You confirm that all funds deposited to your cx666 Account are legitimately owned by you and are derived from lawful sources. Withdrawals from your cx666 Account balance are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to applicable verification requirements. cx666 targets processing of withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within fifteen to thirty minutes of request submission. Withdrawals to bank accounts (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one business day depending on interbank processing timelines.
The minimum withdrawal amount on cx666 is PKR 1,000. cx666 reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits to individual Accounts based on Account tier, verification status, and any applicable responsible gaming restrictions. cx666 will not process withdrawal requests until mandatory KYC verification has been completed and all required identity documents have been satisfactorily verified. Withdrawal requests submitted where Bonus Funds wagering requirements have not been met will be subject to forfeiture of any outstanding Bonus Funds balance, with only the real-money balance eligible for withdrawal at that point.

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable bonus terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (for example, 30x) and must be met through real-money wagers on eligible cx666 Games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion; game contribution rates are published in the applicable bonus terms.
Bonus Abuse: cx666 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim a single bonus multiple times, using techniques that mathematically guarantee wagering requirement completion with minimal risk, or any other conduct that cx666 reasonably determines constitutes exploitation of promotional offers. cx666 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings and to close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
Bonus Funds cannot be used to fund deposits, transferred to another cx666 Member, or exchanged for cash outside of the withdrawal process following full wagering requirement completion. cx666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable consumer protection standards.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cx666 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all Account balances including real-money funds where applicable law permits:

cx666 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or defect. cx666 will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and to minimise disruptions resulting from maintenance, technical failures, or external events. However, no guarantee of uninterrupted access is given and cx666 accepts no liability for losses caused by Platform downtime beyond its reasonable control.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation — whether of a contractual or non-contractual nature — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to cx666's operating jurisdiction as determined by its licensing context.
In the event of any dispute between a Member and cx666, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally through cx666's customer support channels. cx666's support team will endeavour to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and to provide a substantive resolution response within ten business days of receiving full details of the complaint.
Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body as nominated by cx666 at the time the dispute is escalated. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
cx666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cx666 will provide notice to registered Members through one or more of the following channels: a notification displayed upon Platform login, an email communication to the registered account email address, or a prominent notice on the cx666 website.
Amended Terms will be effective from the date specified in the amendment notice, which will be no less than 14 days from the date of notification for material changes, except where cx666 is required to implement changes more immediately due to legal, regulatory, or security obligations.
